Order Processing and Dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer support at minerva.jewelry@outlook.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided in our response.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item.
  5. If the item is deemed not in its original condition, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

Customs and Duties

  • Deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and Germany may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees.
