Using a promo code is easy. Enter the code in the 'Gift card or discount code' box at checkout, click 'Apply,' and if eligible, your discount will be applied. Note that sale items, sets, and solid gold may be excluded unless stated otherwise.
Discount codes apply to most of our jewelry, except for sale items. Our sale pieces already offer a bigger discount than most codes, ensuring you get the best deal possible!
UK Customers: The minimum order value is £75.
US Customers: The minimum order value is $100.
International Customers: The same minimum order value of $100 applies to all other countries.

Create an account using the same email you used for your order. Your order will appear under "My Orders," and tracking numbers are sent automatically once packed. Tracking information is available after the courier scans the package, typically within a few hours or by the next business day if packed on the weekend.
STATUS - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Processing:
Your order is being prepared. If all items are in stock, it typically takes 3-4 business days.
Shipped:
Your order is on its way! Tracking updates may take some time to appear in the courier's system.
Partial:
Your order includes a backorder or made-to-order piece. We’ve shipped the available items first.
- Can I Cancel or Update My Order?
If you need to make changes to your order, such as cancellation or
updates, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Our
team strives to dispatch orders promptly, so we may not be able to
accommodate changes once the order process has started. - Changing Shipping Address:
If you need to change the shipping address, please let us know within
24 hours of placing your order. However, please note that we aim to ship
your order swiftly, and changes may not be possible after this
timeframe. - Monogrammed and Engraved Pieces:
For monogrammed and engraved items, changes or cancellations are not possible once the order has been placed.
In rare cases, your package may be marked as delivered before it actually arrives. This can happen if the carrier preemptively marks it as complete or leaves it in a hidden location to prevent damage or theft.
What steps should I take?
- Check between your front doors and ask household members or neighbors.
- Contact your shipping carrier with your tracking number.
- If you still can't find your package, email us at minerva.jewelry@outlook.com, and we'll assist you in locating it.
Please note, we cannot offer reshipments or refunds for orders marked as delivered.
We currently ship to the following countries. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

Returns & Exchanges
Send us an email within 30 days from receiving your parcel to request a refund or exchange. We’ll provide step-by-step return instructions.
Return shipping fees are your responsibility. For exchanges, we cover the shipping costs for the new items.
Promotional or sale items are excluded from exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.
We no longer offer direct exchanges for promotional or sale items. However, if you need to return an item, we'll assist you with the return process and issue a voucher for future purchases.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll refund the purchase price (excluding shipping fees). Please note that taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable for all countries.
Made-To-Order
A made-to-order product is crafted only after a customer places an order. This approach promotes sustainability by reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact through thoughtful, on-demand production.
Made-to-order products significantly reduce waste and environmental impact. They are produced only when needed, minimizing overproduction and excess, promoting a more sustainable approach to jewelry making.
Materials
We offer a stunning selection of genuine gemstones, each with unique beauty and magical properties. Our collection includes Alexandrite, Amethyst, Aquamarine, Emerald, Garnet, Lapis Lazuli, Moonstone, Morganite, Mossagate, Opal, Peridot, Ruby, Sapphire, Tanzanite, Topaz, Tourmaline, and Turquoise. We use recycled metals to reduce our global footprint. Our jewelry is crafted from a range of precious metals, including:
- Platinum-plated 925 Sterling Silver: Sterling silver coated with platinum for added durability and shine.
- 14k Rose Gold & 14k White Gold: High-purity gold alloyed for color and strength.
- 10k Rose Gold & 10k White Gold: A more durable gold alloy with a lower gold content.
- 925 Sterling Silver plated with Rose Gold:
925 Sterling Silver coated with a layer of rose gold. The denotes a gold alloy that is more durable, with a pinkish tint. - 925 Sterling Silver plated with Yellow Gold:
925 Sterling Silver coated with a layer of yellow gold. The gold alloy is used for a stronger, traditional yellow-gold finish. - 925 Sterling Silver plated with White Gold:

Keeping your gemstones gleaming is easy! Wash your jewelry with warm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush, like a toothbrush. Pat dry with a soft microfiber cloth and store in a safe, dry place when not worn.
Avoid harsh chemicals found in lotion, perfume, hairspray, and household cleaners like bleach. Put your jewelry on last and take it off first when you get home.
